Science Fundamentals (SciFUN) is an exciting club at the University of Calgary, and I’m thrilled to be part of it! Kicking off this year, I’m currently in my third year studying Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology (CMBI). I have the privilege of serving as the Vice President of SciFUN this year. Beyond academics, I work as a Swim Instructor for the City of Calgary. I enjoy exploring the outdoors and love learning new things. Hello! I'm Andreana Doneva, and I'm currently in my fourth year of studying Natural Sciences with a primary concentration in Chemistry and a secondary in Biological Sciences. This year, I have the pleasure of being one of the External Directors for SciFUN Calgary. In this role, I help build and maintain relationships with the schools and teachers we collaborate with. Hello! My name is Kyle Morin, and I am currently in my fourth year of Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology (Honours). This year, I have the privilege of being one of Science FUNdamentals FUNday directors. Science FUNday is an annual event at UofC where youth and their families are welcome to campus to experience a day full of science. My role, along with the other FUNday directors, is to plan and oversee the successful execution of Science FUNday, with hopes to increase the size each year. Hi everyone! My name is Jeannie and I’m currently in my third year of Kinesiology, majoring in Motor and Psychosocial Aspects of Movement with a minor in Health and Society. I am thrilled to be returning back to Science Fundamental as the FUNday Director. After launching FUNday last year, I am even more motivated and excited to continue Science FUNday’s mission of enhancing science education to kids across Calgary in a FUN way! Teaching kids about the wonders of science has always been a passion of mine. Over the past few years, I’ve developed a deep love for sharing knowledge with younger generations. I am currently in my third year studying Cellular, Molecular, and Microbial Biology at the University of Calgary. Learning through hands-on experiences and engaging demonstrations is what makes SciFUN so exciting. Hey guys, my name is Zunaira Ali and I am the Fundraising Director of Science Fundamentals this year!
